SHIPPING

• Items will be shipped from USA.
• All items are PRE-ORDER. Shipping will begin approximately Fall 2026. Please follow our social media for updates 
• All goods will be shipped with tracking, however, full tracking (end-to-end) is only available for limited countries. 
• Please see the USPS website for shipping restrictions. We cannot ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Cuba, Haiti, Nilue, Russia, South Sudan, Sudan, Turkmenistan, Venezuela, Yemen

DAMAGED, MISSING, OR STOLEN GOODS

We aim to minimize damage to our packages but we cannot control conditions during transit. 

If physical goods are damaged on arrival, we may be able to offer replacements depending on leftover stock. However, buyers will have to cover the additional shipping fee. 

We unfortunately cannot offer monetary refunds for lost or damaged goods.

We are not liable for damages that occur after goods have been removed from their packaging.

Should the mail service be unable to deliver your order due to incorrect information, we are not liable for the undelivered/misdelivered package and will unfortunately be unable to provide a refund or replacement. Please double check that all information is correct before placing your order.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns are only available during the pre-order period. Once pre-orders close, we may not be able to process return requests.

If you need to cancel or make changes to your bundle, please contact us before the end of the pre-order period. Include your order name and order number.
